The Quarters Linen & Clothing Returns Policy

Here at The Quarters we understand that sometimes products may need to be returned. We want to make this process easy as possible for our lovely customers, which is why we are offering all items purchased online to be exchanged for a complete refund, store-credit, or exchanged for another item, size, or colour. 

When returning products however, they must be in their original state of purchase. Please get in touch with us before returning products that are not in original condition, as we may not be able to accept them for a refund or return.  

If you are unsure whether your product can be returned don't hesitate to send us a photo, or call to discuss what your options are for return. It is our goal to make sure all our customers can have the opportunity to return their products for a better suited item, size, colour, or store credit to spend at a later date.
